Welcome to Rezztoran.com. Here you can make your restaurant reservations online, at Turkey's most popular restaurants. For restaurant owners we provide the opportunity to create and maintain all reservations in an automated, online system.

In our web site, http://www.rezztoran.com/ you will find Turkey's most prestigious and "in" restaurants. Making reservations on Rezztoran.com is simple and free of charge... Here you can view restaurant information, read the reviews and find out if there is availability without making a single phone call. Once you made your reservation you may even send e-invitations to your guests.

Rezztoran.com aims to add value to its member restaurants with its unique approach, helping them increase fill rates and better manage customer relations. Rezztoran.com automates the traditional "reservation books" and enables restaurant owners to use technology in order to maintain customer data and organize customer focused marketing campaigns.

Users, executive assistants and concierges alike, make their restaurant reservations efficiently and fast using Rezztoran.com -- searching according to neighbourhood, cuisine and price criteria.

Do I Have to Become a Member?

To search restaurants with availability, view restaurant information and read restaurant reviews you don't have to be a Rezztoran.com member. However in order to make a reservation and send e-invitations you will be asked to become a member. Making reservations on Rezztoran.com is simple and free of charge. Just click the Sign Up link on the top right corner of any Rezztoran.com page.

How Do I Make a Reservation on Rezztoran.com?
• To make a reservation go to www.rezztoran.com home page and first select a city
• Then you may browse all restaurants in that city or to find a restaurant that meets your specific criteria select Neighbourhood and/or Cuisine. (Note: Hold the Control key to select multiple Neighbourhoods or Cuisines)
• Now enter the date, time and party size for your reservation. (Note: Some establishments may have a "maximum party size" limitation that may restrict your alternatives while searching for a large group reservation)
• When you hit Search, Rezztoran.com will search all member restaurants in its database to find those that meet your criteria. Search results will be displayed in the next screen with alternative reservation times also provided.
• Click one of the alternative reservation times to make your reservation.
• At this point you will be asked to login if you haven't already done so. Only Rezztoran.com members can make a reservation. Please login using your user name and password if you're already a member. If you haven't yet become a member you may select Not a Member? on this screen to become a member. Rezztoran.com membership is free of charge.
• On the Reservation Details page fill in the requested information (such as name, phone number, email) and type in any special notes that you may have for the restaurant. Then click Complete Reservation to make your reservation.
• Your reservation has been made and sent to the restaurant automatically. Please check once more that all the details are correct.
• You may then print this page or send an e-Invitation to your guests. You will receive a copy of your reservation in your e-mail. You can view your reservation at any time by going to My Page where you can make changes to your reservation or cancel it (by 17:00 for same evening reservations).
How Do I Send an e-Invitation?

Invite your guests to your dinner party by sending an e-Invitation or surprise a loved one. Sending e-Invitations for your reservation is free on Rezztoran.com.

For this you will first need to make a reservation using Rezztoran.com. After making the reservation, on the View Reservation page, you will see the e-Invitation options on the right. On this form pick an invitation design (eg. romantic, business, brunch) and type in your short note for your invitees. Next, enter every guests email address separated by a comma in the next box. Click "send me a copy of this invitation" if you would like to receive a copy and your e-Invitation is ready. You may preview your invite by clicking Preview and make any changes necessary by clicking Edit Invite. Hit Send when your invitation is ready.

Note: In order to go to this form after making your reservation go to My Page and click on the reservation you wish to send invitations for.

How Do I Make Special Requests Within My Reservation?

If you have special requests about your reservation, you can pass them on to the restaurant using the Special Notes box in the Reservation Details page. Our member restaurants will make every effort possible to fulfill your requests however, depending on the availability at the restaurant that day, not every request can be fulfilled.

If you would like to add a special note to your reservation after making your reservation online, please send us an email using the Contact Us form or call the restaurant directly.

How Do I View, Edit or Cancel My Reservations?

All you need to do to view or change your reservation is to go to your My Page after logging in. Select the reservation you would like to view. Click Edit Reservation to make changes (eg. time, date, party size) or click Cancel Reservation to cancel it. (Note: Make sure to confirm the cancellation on the next screen). You may also print your reservation or send an e-Invitations while you're on My Page.

Are There Rules I Need to Follow While Cancelling a Reservation?

Rezztoran.com is committed to providing the highest quality of service and the most up to date information to its users and member restaurants. We can only provide this service with your help. If you realize that you will not be able to make it to a reservation you have, please cancel ahead of time (latest by 17:00 for same evening reservations). You may cancel online as described above or by calling the restaurant directly. This way other Rezztoran.com users can make a reservation at the same restaurant or the restaurant management can make arrangements to seat other guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best quality of service.

What if I Make a Reservation but Don't Show Up?

Restaurant owners report "no show" reservations back to Rezztoran.com. If you do not show up at 4 (four) reservations within a year your Rezztoran.com membership will be frozen automatically and you may be placed into our "Black List".

Why Was My Reservation Cancelled?

If you haven't cancelled your reservation but received an email stating that your reservation has been cancelled, or you're unable to see your reservation on My Page, it could have been deleted by the restaurant management. This could be due to special circumstances at the restaurant and many of our member restaurants will contact you at the mobile phone that you have provided to explain why it had to be cancelled. If you have not received such a call please feel free to call the restaurant directly to ask the status of your reservation and whether it could be reinstated.

We would also appreciate if you could report such incident to us by emailing to destek@rezztoran.com or using our Contact Us page.

How Do I Edit My Information?

You first need tologinin order to edit your account information in My Page (eg. name, address, telephone, password) To login, click on Login on the top of every Rezztoran.com page, select customer and enter your username and password. Your page will open when you login. Click Edit Information on the left bar. Make necessary changes on the next screen and hit Change.

I Forgot My Password, How Do I Recover?

Go to the Login page if you forgot your password. On the Login screen click I Forgot My Password. Enter your registered e-mail address and hit "Send me my password via email". Your password will be mailed to you within the next few minutes.

To ensure that you will receive this email from Rezztoran.com, please save @rezztoran.com domain in your addressbook. Some email filters may treat Rezztoran.com reminder emails and other emails as SPAM. In such a case your password reminder email may go to your email clients SPAM, Junk or Bulk folder. If you do not receive our password reminder email please check these folders and mark the message as “Not SPAM”.

How Do I Make a List of My Favorite Places and Edit It?

You need to be logged in to make a Favorite Places list. Log in here. Once you're logged in, you will see the "My Favorite Places" section at the bottom left corner of My Page. No restaurants will be on display if you have never selected a favorite restaurant before. Go to your desired restaurants page on Rezztoran.com (note: To find the restaurant you want click on All Restaurants on Rezztoran.com home page) and click Add to My Favorite Places on the bottom left. When you go back to My Page you will see this restaurant added to your Favorite Places.

Deleting a restaurant from your Favorites list is simple as well. Just click Delete next to that restaurant's name in your Favorite Places list.

How Do I Make a Reservation On Behalf of Someone Else?

Executive assistants, hotel concierges and tourism agencies can use the Rezztoran.com system to make a reservation on behalf of someone else. Using our system saves precious time spent calling restaurants individually and waiting in line. It enables you to search for availability at many restaurants more effectively. You will also be the first to know when we have promotions and campaigns.When you register as a Concierge, all the confirmation emails for your reservations will be sent to you and your guest separately..

To make a reservation for others please register as a Concierge when you click Sign In on Rezztoran.com home page.

How Do I Find Detailed Information About Your Member Restaurants?

To find a specific restaurant on Rezztoran.com, click Browse All Restaurants on our home page. This page lists all registered restaurants in alphabetical order. If you are looking for a specific city, neighbourhood or cuisine you may search by these criteria on Rezztoran.com home page. Just select the city, neighbourhood and cuisine, date and time for your reservation and hit Search.

On Rezztoran.com, each restaurants has a dedicated page. Here you may find a brief description of the restaurant, price range, reviews, special events, promotions, photos as well as other relevant information. To access these pages either click on the restaurant link on home page if there is one, or Browse All Restaurants as described above and click on your desired restaurants name.

How Do I Recommend a Restaurant That I Would Like to See on Rezztoran.com

We are constantly updating our site and adding new members. We are looking forward to your recommendations for member restaurants. If there is a restaurant you would like to see on Rezztoran.com, click Browse All Restaurants on our home page. At the bottom of this page you will see a link to our restaurant recommendation tool. Please fill in this form and your recommendation will be mailed to our support desk.

How Are the Price Ranges Determined?

Rezztoran.com member restaurants select a price range for their establishment using the below scale.

How Do I View The Restaurant's Menu?

We do not prefer to publish menus online since many restaurants change their menus often. However, if the restaurant specifically asks for its menu to be displayed on their Rezztoran.com page we are happy to post it.

“You Said Online Reservations Were Full But I Was Able to Call and Make a Reservation, Why?

The capacity each restaurant makes available for Rezztoran.com use differs. Some establishments may open up their entire capacity for online reservations, while others may have allocated a select number of tables. When you search online, the capacity allocated for online reservations may be full even though the restaurant might still have tables available for special guests. Additionally, somerestaurants might make more room available for online reservations later in the day, depending on their availability that day.

We recommend you to make your reservation early, as much as possible. Remember, you may always change your reservation and cancel until 17:00 for same day reservations. If you see an error message "Capacity Allowed For Online Reservations is Full" you may want to call the restaurant directly or try later, in case the restaurant makes additional capacity available later in the day. You could also search our network for a reservation at another restaurant.

Why am I Not Receiving Your Confirmation Email or Any Other Email From Rezztoran.com?

To ensure that you will receive this email from Rezztoran.com, please save @rezztoran.com domain in your addressbook. Some email filters may treat Rezztoran.com reminder emails and other emails as SPAM. In such a case your password reminder email may go to your email clients SPAM, Junk or Bulk folder. Why am I Not Seeing My Reservation on My Page?

If you are not able to see a reservation you've made on your My Page, there could be a few reasons. Rezztoran.com only displays reservations made online through www.rezztoran.com web site. If you have called to make your reservation you cannot see it on your Rezztoran.com page. Also, if you have opened more than one Rezztoran.com account using different email addresses, make sure you are using the correct email address and password combination.

Despite checking all these, if you still cannot see your reservation contact us at destek@rezztoran.comor using our Contact Us page. There could be a system error. Please be prepared to send us the Reservation Confirmation email you should have received. If you have never received such a confirmation email from us (even after checking your SPAM folders), it might mean that your reservation was never completed. If that's the case please try again.

Can I Use Rezztoran.com on My Mobile Phone?

Even though we do not offer a mobile version of Reztoran.com, many current phones enable users to connect to the Internet. If your phone is Internet enabled (eg. Nokia E series) you should be able to view http://www.rezztoran.com/ on your phone.

How can I Contact You?

Contact Us here via email 24 hours of the day. Your question will be redirected to the right person and someone will get in touch with you within 48 hours via phone or email.
