The popularity of Hünkar Restaurant began to grow papidly after Feridun Ügümü took over the kitchen form his father. Hünkar's fame spread both insed and outside of the country as a result of the many domestic and international cuisine fairs it attented. By the end of 2010, Hünkar Nişantaşı, which was again desingned by Galip Ügümü and managed by his brother Feridun Ügümü, returned to its own location after two years, and it continues to be driving force of Hünkar, presenting and preserving the classic of Turkish cousine, with special care placed on being loyal to their original while updating the taste in a healty way.
