The restaurant is centrally located inside Midtown Hotel on the Lamartin Street, in the Talimhane area of Taksim, which hosts the first urban transformation project of Istanbul. With modern recipes from the Turkish, Far Eastern and South American cuisines brought together by More’s internationally experienced chef Ali Davut, More Restaurant presents the experience of a culinary delight of a different nature. More Restaurant’s home-made jelly and pastry options make guests feel at home. Breakfast is a delight that includes warm and cold meat selections typical for a Turkish breakfast, daily fresh pastry and fresh omelets prepared instantly upon request.

The minimalist approach, predominant in the hotel, can also be felt in the More Café at the entrance of the hotel. The menu also offers a wide selection of teas and coffees as well as Spanish tapas for afternoon snacks served with wine.
