Different tastes from Europe, Middle East and Asia have come together in this kitchen in Istanbul. Encouraged by friends who have sampled their food over the years, Maya (from Georgia) and Kay (from England/Singapore) have recently opened their kitchen to everyone. It is a "hidden gem" in Cihangir waiting to be discovered.
In their kitchen, Maya and Kay are focusing on home made produce - from chilli sauces to jams and bread most everything is home made. All raviolli's, tortelini's are original recipes. Daily specials are available and often from places far afield.
