The hotel’s signature restaurant, The Prime, specialises in prime cuts of meat and seafood prepared to perfection on the lava stone grill. With deeply cersused mission-style oak furniture and floor-to-ceiling customised wine display walls, the restaurant serves refined tastes in a contemporary setting. Set in the corner, its show kitchen enables the guest to see the chefs at work and their food being prepared. Accessible from both the hotel’s lobby entrance and directly from Maçka Street, The Prime provides excellent value for money. The restaurant seats up to 62 guests inside, with an additional 90 places on The Terrace. Open Monday to Saturday for lunch: 12:00 to 3:00 pm and dinner: 7:00 to 11:00 pm. The Prime now offers stylish business lunch set menus that can be enjoyed within an hour. The menu features three kinds of starters, main courses and delicious desserts accompanied by complimentary tea or coffee.
